4. LED Indicators

The extender‘s front panel (see Figure 2-1) has four LED indicators, which are

described in Table 4-1.

Table 4-1. LED indicators.

LED Color Description

Power Green ON Power to the unit is on

LAN

Green ON Ethernet LAN port is connected

Flashing green Ethernet LAN data is active

DSL

Green ON VDSL2 is connected

Flashing green VDSL2 is in line handshaking

Master/Slave (M/S)

Green ON Extender is set in Slave mode

OFF Extender is set in Master mode
