CHANNEL NUMBERS
When the LCD display requests you for a channel
number, use the following keys as shown.
The default channel number display is A01; the
cursor will be positioned beneath the A.
If the port desired is A5, you will not change the
A. Move the cursor right with the right arrow
key to the 1 (A01) and press the down arrow key
four times. The 5 appears on the display. After
the display shows the complete input, accept the
entry by pressing the EXEcute key.
If the port desired is B1 that is the desired port
number, be sure the cursor is below the A and
press the down arrow once. The display will
now read B. All three positions of the port
selection can be altered in this manner.
13.2 Banner Message Display
The Banner Message is the top level of the LCD
menu system. The configurable banner message is
displayed on the top row, left side of the display.
The current time is displayed on the top row, right
side. The banner message and time can be set only
from the Command Facility.
Alarms and events are displayed on the second line
of the Banner Message Display, along with the time
of the alarm or event. For alarm messages, the
backlight blinks. For event messages, the backlight
is steady.
